Services and Facilities of the Hostel Urban Sevilla

My name is Lucía, I am the owner of the Hostel and I live in the Hostel; below I detail relevant information about the operation of the Hostel.

Guest service by phone or WhatsApp at: +34 652 08 42 36 from 10:00am until 1:00am (next day).

It´s important to let us know your check in time please. When you know your arrival time please send us a message.

Check in time from 2:00pm until 1:00am (next day).

Before 2:00pm the Hostel is closed for arrivals, remember we don´t have luggage room.

When you arrive at the Hostel the entrance door for security is closed, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at: +34 652 08 42 36 that we can open it.

We don´t have luggage room. If you need to store your bags you can find lockers at Plaza de Armas bus station or in some luggage storage places near the Hostel.

We don´t have a laundry service, you will find a laundry near the Hostel.

Supermarket: there is a Carrefour Express 50 metres away from the Hostel (open every day between 9:00am and 10:00pm).

Wifi: inside the room there is a magazine rack on the wall with the WIFI password.

We DON´T have a kitchen.

We have office with fridge, microwave, water boiler and tableware.

It´s on the 3rd floor, is free of charge. Just clean up after yourself, as well as the cutlery you might use. If you leave something inside the fridge, please write your name and room number on it.

No visitors allowed. Only registered and identified guests are allowed to enter.

We do not accept bicycles.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties or events are not allowed.

You can only smoke on the roof terrace, on the 3rd floor.

The check-out time is before 12:00 midday. Remember to turn in your room keys when you check out. Lock the room and please leave the keys in the mailbox on the ground floor, it´s on the brown entrance door.

There are surveillance and recording devices in the common areas of the property.
